Discover the enduring partnership between Zupa and Wadworth, as they renew their contract, marking over a decade of collaboration in the hospitality industry.

We are delighted to announce the renewal of its contract with the family-run independent brewer and pub group Wadworth, marking a continuous partnership that first started back in 2014.

Established in 1875 in Devizes, Wiltshire, and overseen by 5th generation family member Toby Bartholomew, Wadworth brews beers from the Folly Road Brewhouse in Devizes and boasts over 140 pubs across the South and West of England.

Neil Shayle, COO at Zupa, commented on the contract renewal, saying,

"I am delighted to continue our partnership with the team at Wadworth, surpassing a decade of collaboration. It has been a challenging time for the pub sector, and we are pleased to be able to continue supporting Wadworth with our Caternet software as they navigate further growth of the business. Importantly, we share Wadworth’s family values ethos, and they are a valued partner with a great team of people - a relationship we deeply cherish."

Echoing this sentiment, Toby Bartholomew, Managing Director at Wadworth commented

“We are delighted to continue working with the Zupa team and pleased to extend the contract. The Caternet software is a mainstay within our Managed Houses and is a critical system for our business, so it was an easy decision to make.”

Ginnie Barthorpe Operations Support Manager at Wadworth also reflected on the journey,

"We first looked at systems back in 2014 to help control allergen management when the legislation was passed and Caternet has been with us ever since. It is testament to both companies that those people who implemented the project in those early days, are still around today.”

This continued collaboration between Zupa and Wadworth underscores a commitment to innovation, excellence, and enduring partnership in the dynamic landscape of the hospitality industry. Here's to many more years of success together.
